Liberal Rocks Stamps

These are the stamps I've designed and use to make Liberal Rocks. All of them fit within a 33mm diameter circle. A good size for pendants or maybe the bottoms of mugs.

To choose a stamp, browse through the rocks by category and get the name of the stamped rock you like. Use the text box above the add to cart button to enter the name of that rock. Only enter the name of a single rock before adding to cart. If you want multiple different stamps, add one to cart then come back to add the next one.



While the letters are highly raised, they are not intended to be stamped to their full depth. They are raised to remove the texture of the plate they sit on from the resulting stamp. See the pic of my used stamp which shows the general depth that I stamp. I brush vegetable oil over the stamp, especially in the tight spaces when they get sticky. I recommend doing this before the first time you use the stamp.

For the lettering, I water down Mayco's Cobalt Wash significantly and fill the stamp in the clay when I make it. Once it's leather hard or harder (generally bone dry), I do a wipeback over the surface which generally results in a very clean stamped image.

Stamps are meant to be used with one of the handles I have available, although they can be used alone.

I will be adding storage boxes, the ability to scale the size of the stamp, and custom designed stamps soon.
